I am very polite and gentle, and, in turn, I expect my people to be polite and gentle with me. I have been told that I am very handsome and look like a big dog in a miniature, townhouse-friendly size, with expressive,”old soul” eyes. Before coming to FOHA, I had not been exposed to much, so I still need help gaining confidence in new situations. My perfect home has another dog to help me gain some confidence. Once you have my trust, however, I will reward you with years of loyalty.

100% Financing Using VHDA Loans to Buy Ashburn VA Homes

A VHDA loan consists of a FHA loan for 96.5% of the purchase price, and a VHDA second trust of 3.5% to 5%. That lets you finance a total of up to 101.5% financing of the purchase price.
 
That pays the 3.5% FHA down payment, and about half the closing costs. So you only need 1.5% of your own money to cover closing costs. If the seller pays closing costs you can do 100% financing with a 3.5% VHDA second trust
 
The $8000 and $6500 tax credits are gone (except for some military and overseas deployed federal employees).
 
So many frustrated buyers who were looking for the tax credit to return to them the “down payment” are our of the market. Now may be the perfect time to re-enter the market as a buyer using a VHDA loan to fund your 100% financed purchase!
